Shipping Policy

Allgood Solar Supply

At Allgood Solar Supply, we work to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and at the best possible shipping rates. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and shipping responsibilities.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Special-order or back-ordered items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized or palletized shipments.

  • Customers may select preferred shipping methods during checkout when available.

  • For bulk or contractor orders, freight delivery will be arranged directly with the customer.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • For freight shipments, a separate shipping quote may be provided after order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated in writing.


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Freight shipments may take 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier scheduling.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Allgood Solar Supply is not responsible for carrier delays.


5. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

  • Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery:

    • For small parcel deliveries, notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect items.

    • For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing and report damages within 7 days.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Allgood Solar Supply ships only within the United States unless otherwise arranged.

  • International orders, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer if shipping outside the U.S. is approved.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by law.

  • Hazardous materials, such as certain batteries, may have special shipping restrictions.


8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Freight shipments may require scheduling with the carrier before delivery. Customers will be contacted directly by the freight company.
